The rapid change we have seen in the legal industry has inspired and elevated our company’s mission. In response to the evolving changes facing our clients, I am proud to announce the launch of J. Johnson Executive Search’s parent company, Calibrate Legal.
Calibrate Legal’s expanded mission is to connect the right people, ideas and information to position our law firm clients at the forefront of the next era of the legal industry. An important element of this shift is replacing the outdated concept of “non-lawyers” with Revenue Enablers™ who work in tandem with Revenue Producers to achieve sustainable growth and advance the strategies of law firm leadership. Placing these impact players within equally impressive law firms will remain the bedrock of our company, and will now serve as one of three offerings we’ve designed around our clients’ need to achieve sustainable growth.
While still very active in executive search projects, we have also developed a Leadership Council and a methodology to harness the growing discipline of Marketing Operations. Individually, talent, leadership and operations are each worthwhile investments, and we believe the intersection of the three will prove transformative.
