- Highly developed organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.
Our interview process consists of both behavioral and situational assessments, where we focus on the proven behavior traits for success as defined in our Revenue Enabler model. Our historic retention rate of more than 93 percent after one year is unique in the industry.
