On April 28-29, Calibrate Legal’s Jennifer Johnson and other DEI&A leaders speak to ALA members on how and why the deliberate process of seeking and welcoming diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility is vital to law firms.

High-performing legal organizations are becoming more and more proactive in their diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEI&A) efforts, developing processes and policies that correspond with specific goals and desired culture. This ALA conference will set the framework from which you can better define DEI&A for both you and your firm.
