Accordingly, Robyn looks beyond skill sets alone to identify the most suitable environments for mutual success to flourish. Once she presents a qualified candidate slate to the hiring firm, she focuses on counseling candidates through the interview process and beyond. Robyn’s background as a recruiter, M.B.A. degree and desire to elevate great talent all inform her ultimate purpose: to help candidates and clients alike to make decisions that will drive their individual growth.
Robyn previously worked for a prominent global recruiting firm where she sourced and screened qualified talent. Prior to that, she spent 19 years at Procter & Gamble in various financial positions where she held responsibility for corporate consolidations, forecasting and planning, and cost accounting for the North American division. As a result of these highly visible roles, she possesses the ability to interact with people across multiple disciplines of business at all levels, and her clients walk away from a conversation with her, confident that their needs will be met and surpassed.
She holds a B.A. from Brandeis University, a M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business, and resides in the New York suburbs with her husband and two children.
