Kathryn calls upon her 15 years of in-house law firm experience to deliver steadfast client care, strategic placement of senior talent and provide operational and performance-improvement consulting services.

Practical Perspective

Kathryn’s experience as an in-house marketer allows her to relate to both the client and candidate perspective. Her in-house roles included leading the marketing function for regional law firms based in North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as overseeing the business development efforts for the Southeast region of a global law firm. She worked closely with firm management and practice group leaders to develop and implement marketing and business development plans, while encouraging cross-office and cross-practice collaboration. Kathryn also managed branding and marketing strategy, including communications, media and public relations.

A Revenue Enabler herself, Kathryn championed measurement and was instrumental in driving increases in the law firm’s marketing and business development Key Performance Indicators. She remains a passionate advocate for marketing and business development as an imperative business strategy.
