There’s no one I trust more when it comes to legal marketing and business development than Kathryn Whitaker. At McNair, I relied on her experience and judgment as well as her keen understanding of the firm and its strengths. Her dedication to data-driven decision making, combined with her positive energy and enthusiasm for keeping abreast of developments in a rapidly-changing field, elevated our firm. She implemented metrics and reporting tools to prove or refute a return on investment, allowing us to focus intentionally on the initiatives achieving results.

As measured in Brooks Pierce years, Kathryn Whitaker was part of our firm for only a short time. During that time though she played a key role in helping to define and project our unique identity and capabilities. She was an enthusiastic teacher when we needed one, and she coupled that with an authentic commitment to our firm and to us as individuals. She made lasting contributions.
