Calibrate Managing Director, Carol Crawford, has facilitated a team development workshop for the 2018-19 NALP Board of Directors.  When a Board of Directors capitalizes on the differences (diversity) of each member, they are more effective at collectively solving problems, achieving goals and helping move the organization forward.
