Often, firms build their marketing technology strategy around a single tool with the hope that it will address all of their relationship management needs, only to be disappointed when that single tool falls short. Historically, that single tool has been a CRM system that was wielded like a hammer even when their actual needs did not resemble the proverbial nail. We will then transition to a lively discussion among our panel of industry leaders who will share their first-hand experience leading teams to implement and leverage the right technologies to support their relationship management efforts.
