Robyn Cohen, Calibrate Legal’s Recruiting & Project Manager, is responsible for initial screening of candidates and assessment recommendations on background and cultural fit. Beyond her placement work, she utilizes her M.B.A. and interpersonal and organizational skills to facilitate, streamline and operationalize workflow across our team to produce superior client service and engagement with candidates.

Robyn previously worked for a prominent global recruiting firm where she sourced and screened qualified talent. Prior to that, she spent 19 years at Procter & Gamble in various financial positions where she held responsibility for corporate consolidations, forecasting and planning, and cost accounting for the North American division. As a result of these highly visible roles, she possesses the ability to interact with people across multiple disciplines of business at all levels, and her clients walk away from a conversation with her, confident that their needs will be met and surpassed.

She holds a B.A. from Brandeis University, a M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business, and resides in the New York suburbs with her husband and two children.
